To add your Facebook & Twitter accounts you need the following:

• PUNTO account
• Facebook account (To link the Facebook Page you need)
• Twitter account (To link the Twitter Page you need)

 

Step 1: You log in to your business center, and click on (Settings – Social Media).

Home > Settings > Social Media

 

Step 2: In another browser tab, open your Facebook account, and copy the needed contents from the Facebook PAGE.

Copy 1 (Facebook Page URL) page link on the address bar

Copy 2 (Facebook Page ID) is a fifteen different numbers ..

 

Step 3: Apply on field of (Facebook URL) Paste 1, and Field of (Facebook Page ID) Paste 2.

 

Step 4: Open your twitter account, and copy the needed contents.

Copy 1 (Twitter URL)

Copy 2 (Twitter Keyword)

 

Step 5: Apply on field of (Twitter URL) Paste 1, and Field of (Twitter Keyword) Paste 2.

 

Step 6: Click on (Update Sittings), and then refresh your PUNTO web page.
