Once an order has been processed, you can not cancel or refund a domain. The domain will continue to be available for the toal registration period. However if you have just placed your order with Ayna, and our automated systems have not completed the transaction, we may be able to cancel the order ad replace it with another. Please open a ticket and our support will update you on the process.
If the domain has been processed and you do not want to use that domain, you can register a new one and we will use that domain instead for your busienss presence with Ayna.
