You can request cancellation of your service within 7 calendar days of the renewal of your subscription from your client area.  So if you are subscribed for monthly billing, you can request cancellation within the first 7 days to get full refund, and after the 7th day, you can request and end end of billing cycle. In the event of quarterly or yearly billing, can start a cancellation request and we will process it based on our End User License Agreement
